Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b The University of Florida can override a decision made by the board. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 The 990 will first be reviewed by the Manager of Financial Reporting. Any necessary changes will be made and then a second level of review will be administered by the Director of Accounting.
