In March of 2009, The Center transferred these assets into Foundation owned accounts with the stipulation that they be held by the Foundation for a period of no less than three years with a guaranteed right of return to The Center. No benefit inures to the Foundation in connection with this arrangement i.e. management fees, percentage of revenues - these accounts are strictly custodial in nature and are off-set by a corresponding liability on the Foundations books.
