Our vision: An organization that is known for building trusted relationships, stimulating spiritual growth, impacting the culture, and advancing God's Kingdom. Form 990, Part III, Line 4a, Program service description: The CEO Forum seeks to achieve its stated purpose by various programs. Currently, over 70 individuals participate in the mentoring program, 12 plus participate in the monthly conference calls, approximately 43 members participated in a "Spiritual Institute Class" which met 2 days over 8 separate sessions, approximately 38 participants attended 3 Christ Ambassador classes which met in 27 sessions, over 150 attend the annual national forums, approximately a dozen couples participated at each of the eight regional dinners, 30 women attended a spouse retreat, and spouses participated in quarterly conference calls for spouses of top executives. The International Ministry for the CEO Forum includes top senior executives from China, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Shenjen. In addition to the regular program in Beijing we have had a major breakthrough with the 75 largest companies in China and are developing a memorandum of understanding between their group and the CEO Forum which should be completed in 2016. International attendance at our National Forum included 24 from Beijing and 1 from Hong Kong. CEO Forum seeks to encourage and educate its members through monthly devotionals, quarterly newsletters, a members only web-site, and by attempting to visit each member in their offices at least once annually. The return was reviewed in detail by the Director of Operations and then sent to the Board for their review before being filed with the IRS. The remaining board members then vote to decide whether the transaction is in the best interests of the organization.
