The University Museum makes objects from the collections available for display at businesses and organizations in the community who have an ongoing relationship with SIUE. (This ended May 29, 2015 due to Mr. Holloway retirement.) Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The Board of Directors was emailed a copy of the prepared Form 990 before it was filed. The Audit Committee reviewed the 990 on February 13, 2015 at a regular meeting. The filing is reviewed in detail to ensure the committee is comfortable with the process used by management to complete the form. The Human Resources department of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville maintains extensive salary data and since employees are paid by the University and not by the filing organization, the University assists in the process of determining an appropriate salary to offer based on review of comparable positions and budgetary considerations.
