It is then shared with the Executive Director/CEO and the Board of Directors for any feedback and/or comments prior to submission. A full disclosure shall be made annually, or when a potential for a conflict of interest presents itself, concerning the relevant interests, activities, services investments, and information. An annual disclosure shall be made by survey at the direction of the Board Development Committee of the Board of Directors of Kendal at Hanover, or during the year as potential conflicts of interest or perceived conflicts of interest may occur.
