The Pennsylvania College of Optometry Foundation's endowment consists of a portfolio of actively managed funds established to provide both a source of operating funds as well as long-term financial stability. The University monitors compliance with its conflict of interest policy through an annual questionnaire/disclosure statement that is distributed to these individuals.
