RVHS is also committed to find the means to expand the capacity of our facility in order to accommodate the cats and dogs that are turned away because of insufficient space. 15662 8599 11344 Our "Barking Dogs" and "Kitty Quick Fix Community Cat S/N" programs have allowed RVHS to help spay and neuter the pets of low income members of our community. It has also helped those citizens who are disabled, having health issues, senior citizens on fixed incomes and those compassionate individuals who have literally rescued an animal off the street. They may have money to feed the animal but not for any vaccines or altering surgery. Our Animeals pet food bi-monthly home delivery assistance program for disabled or elderly citizens helps them to keep their pets in their home.
