Institutional - comprised of hospitals located within the State of New Hampshire which are primarily for patients with acute diseases and conditions who stay a comparatively short time, and hospitals located within the State of New Hampshire which provide inpatient care for patients who require habilitation or rehabilitation for critical or chronic conditions in such fields as physical rehabilitation, oncology, neurology, substance abuse, psychiatry and similar specialities. 2. Corporate - organizations and business corporations interested in information about the New Hampshire Hospital Association and wishing to subscribe to general mailings and Association activities. 3. Personal - persons interested in the object of the Association who are not affiliated with a healthcare facility or related industry Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a Each institutional member shall be entitled to one voting representative at any meeting of the Association. The President reviewed the Form 990 and all schedules with accounting staff to ensure accuracy prior to filing.
