Newcomers usually contact the Coptic Diocese of Los Angeles or their local Coptic Church seeking support. The Organization is coordinating a massive service to help new immigrants to process their legal documents, find housing, acquire furniture, open bank accounts, securing means of transportation, obtaining drivers license, receiving English and culture classes, finding job opportunities, securing health care and schooling for their kids.
