In 2015, we provided 1,472 medical care visits for 512 clients and 5,166 dental services for 1,110 patients. Our transportable dental unit visited 6 elementary schools and one middle school providing screenings, cleanings and sealants for 227 children. In addition to medical and dental services Health Partners provides a Connection to Care for callers seeking services that are not offered by our clinic by linking them to other community resources; in 2015, we average that 200 callers were connected to outside services.
