This 66-person team has, in the past 12 months, laid the groundwork for our research methodology and completed the first phase of our analysis. We now have excellent tools and significant data that is novel, documented, and surprising. oUnder the guidance of the Senior Research Team, comprised of our Senior Fellows and Research Director Chad Frischmann, 40 of our now 60 Fellows completed the preliminary analysis on 81 solutions, mapping, measuring, and modeling their climatic and financial impacts. In the process, we removed 9 of those solutions from our list due to our research findings and added another 8 that were discovered in the process. oWe have awarded fellowships to a diverse group of next-generation climate leaders, with the average age being 33 (and a span of ages 24-58).
