(2) 29,500 youth benefitted from quality out-of-school time programs and services and 75% of those tracked achieved academic success. (3) Families of 1,403 children participated in the Ages and Stages Questionnaire to measure development, with 95% of parents saying the information was helpful. Through 25 Volunteer Income Tax Assistance sites, last year 11,000 families secured $6.7 million in earned income tax credit and $17.5 million in total tax refunds, helping families with their financial stability with benefits that ripple throughout our community. Partnering with Bank On Louisville, over 6,300 individuals participated in financial education courses to enhance their ability to manage their finances.
