The population we serve includes veterans, the formerly homeless, those coming home from incarceration, people displaced from other countries or industries, and others who have been out of the workforce for an extensive period. We help these men and women become self-sufficient through the power of work. More than 80% of the revenue funding our organization comes from selling goods generously donated by residents of our three counties. We operate 33 donation sites, 21 stores, an eCommerce business, and a salvage operation - staffed by people participating in our job training programs. Last year, SFGoodwill placed our participants in 583 jobs and transitional employment opportunities. In addition, SFGoodwill provided education, job training and employment services to 801 people in our 3-county region. Other services address the needs of specific at-risk populations, including Back-on-Track, a partnership with the San Francisco District Attorney, Department of Children, Youth and Families and Family Services Agency which offers non-violent, first time offenders the opportunity to start clean and maintain stable careers and lives. Through community partnerships, SFGoodwill also offers GED and HSD, college accreditation, and industry recognized credentials which provide critical job skills, education, technology access, and new
