Permanently restricted net assets include funds set aside to establish a permanent endowment. Part X, Line 2: The Manor and Project are exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Organization's accounting policy is to provide liabilities for uncertain income tax provisions when a liability is probable and estimable. The Organization has no uncertain tax positions for the years ended June 30, 2015 and 2014 and is not aware of any violation of its tax status as an organization exempt from income taxes. The Organization is no longer subject to audits for periods prior to fiscal 2012. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 The Form 990 is prepared by the Organization's public accounting firm and is reviewed by the Organization's management. The Form 990 is made available to all Board Members prior to filing with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Board Members are required to disclose their status with regard to potential conflicts. Board Members do not participate in discussions or voting in situations where they are conflicted.
