Due to this close and continuous working relationship, the officers and trustees of the supported organization have the ability to influence the Foundation's decisions regarding the use of its income and assets. Part V, Section D, Line 8: To satisfy the responsiveness test under Section 1.509(a)-4(i)(4) of the Regulations, the Foundation's Board of Directors shall continue to include, as an ex officio voting director, Vitalant's leader with oversight responsibilities for the Historic INBC Communities ("Vitalant North Leader").
