Amendments to the bylaws included an amendment to limit the number of Board of Directors members to no more than 13 (previously unlimited) and to establish three classes of Directors. The Directors of the first class consists of the founding Directors of the Arnold Palmer family, Arnold D. Palmer, and Amy P. Saunders, who will serve as permanent Directors. The second class of Directors shall consist of members of the Arnold Palmer family, or nominees of the Arnold Palmer family, and may serve unlimited terms. The third class of Directors shall be non-members of the Arnold Palmer family and may serve for two consecutive terms. Additionally, the amendments included an amendment to the Organization's conflicts of interest policy to provide expanded procedures for addressing identified conflicts of interest.
