The goal is to decrease the length of stay and reduce the number of times a person is hospitalized by providing intensive treatment services to those with extensive histories of severe and persistent mental illness. Our CSP currently serves 210 clients on an ongoing basis. 1509992 81773 101759 Parsons House: The Parsons House is a community-based residential treatment facility for adult offenders under the supervision of the Federal Bureau of Prisons and Federal Probation. All residents must be currently on probation or parole or Federal Pre-Release status. The program provides a structured environment, where residents can develop the necessary skills to live in an independent crime and drug free lifestyle. Specifically, the program provides room & board, individual and group counseling, transportation and employment assistance, and twenty-four (24) hours supervision and referrals to other agencies, for services not directly provided by Parsons House. The program has capacity for 38 residents.
