Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 The form 990 is prepared by an independent accounting firm and a draft is sent to the organization's management team to review. The management team reviews the 990 draft, as well as the organziation's legal counsel. A copy of the 990 is sent to each trustee via email, requesting them to review and submit comments, if any, prior to filing.
