Our concert series allows both established and emerging local artists to develop audiences for their work, and to perform new, old or unusual repertoire. NVCM offers concerts of excellent quality at an affordable price (tickets are only $15-$30, children 12 and under are free), as well as unparalleled opportunities for audience participation and socialization. We often facilitate discussion between artists and audience, and ask performers to talk informally about their music from the stage. This enables the community to experience this wonderful music in an authentic chamber music tradition. 0 60945 Classical Kids, introduced in FY 15-16, is designed to offer professional concerts to families with young children; to encourage a love of music for budding young musicians in a relaxed setting; and to introduce youth from public elementary schools to chamber music.
