The leadership training programs of the Foundation create and foster enduring academic, professional, cultural, and personal ties between the two countries. However, as an impact of globalization, the members of this diaspora, especially the younger generations, find it difficult to maintain their sense of Hungarian identity and are constantly losing their roots.
