In addition three economically disadvantaged students were fully scholar shipped and three others paid 40 percent of costs. Program fees were reduced for most of the teams in order to benefit economically strapped students, giving them an opportunity to participate. Mini Club at season end consisting of 5 teams had tuition reduced so they could participate and afford to go to AAU championships. The accountant fee is based on the going rate in the Pasco Florida community and is substantially less than another firm would charge. The Director works 55 hours a week or more with two breaks in the year. In December for ten days and in July to August for 10 days. The payment is based on a percentage for each team based on the income and the base rate for other club organizations in Florida. The director is paid substantially less than other clubs pay their director and administration personnel.
