There were no airline seating upgrades paid by the company for the Board or CFO. The Board of Directors has allowed the CEO's wife to travel with him up to two times each year (airfare and meals). When spouses accompany board or key employees to industry conferences, a company paid spousal registration is allowed for the conference itself.
