The Organization provides a safe place for these individuals to obtain (through other 501(c)(3) organizations) medical attention, education, counseling, referrals to various social services, plus a bed to rest, and three meals all in one location. CESC, Inc. operates the facility known as the Kearney Center. The Kearney Center includes segregated dormitories for adult men and women with a capacity of 390 individuals, a full service kitchen and cafeteria, laundry room, medical clinic and semi-private offices for the more than 30 501(c)(3) agencies that are co-located within the Facility. Since opening in May 2015, the Organization has served over 1,900 individuals at the Facility. The Kearney Center provides a single location where individuals have access to all of the services necessary to improve their lives so that they may become self-supporting members of society and gain their independence.
