Each Mentee completing our Leadership Academy will be in business for themselves and about themselves, with an understanding of the importance of self image and self respect. MILLION FATHER MARCH It has been proven that when a father or father figure is active in a childs education, the childs educational experience improves. The 100 Black Men of Greater Fort Lauderdale is encouraging all fathers and father figures to commit to being involved in a childs education. This commitment can start by joining fathers across the nation that are taking their kids to school on the first day of school. 100 BIKE DRIVE The 100 Black Men of Greater Fort Lauderdales popular Annual Bike Drive awards more than 100 bicycles to students throughout Broward County for their scholastic achievement.
