Form 990, Part XI, Line Line 9 Extraordinary Item Cobscook Community Learning Center CCLC initiated and helped establish the Cobscook Bay Company, LLC CBC, LLC. During fiscal year 2015 CBC defaulted on three bank loans, one with a principal balance of 246,979, and three other loans totaling 300,000. CCLC was a guarantor and has taken over the payments on the bank loans. The balance as of December 2015 of the three loans is 156,835 and more detail is shown in Note 4. CCLC has also recorded the other three loans on the books and is currently in negotiations with the creditor as for payback or forgiveness on these loans. Payments on these loans are currently not being made.
