In 2013, Fields and Futures Foundation was incorporated within the Oklahoma Secretary of State and his filed Form 1023, Application for Recognition of Exemption with the IRS. In calendar year 2014, the program transfered entirely over to this new legal entity, after receiving a qualifying determination letter from the IRS.
