BSC serves boys and girls with development programsfor players ages 4 all the way through college and to adultcompetitive and recreational soccer. BSC is divided into 9divisions each designed to move a player throughout thedevelopment pathway.Grassroots - designed to expose boys and girls age 4-9 to the gamein an exciting and engaging manner with BSC professional levelcoachesAcademy - U8-10 players enroll in the program and move through thefoundational stage of technical development in a fun atmospherethat does not focus on winning as a measure of success. Trainingover games is the emphasis.Juniors - U11-14 players try out for teams and continue to grow intheir soccer development with a focus on the technical, tactical,physiological and social aspect of the game. Competing in thehighest state and regional leagues become a priority. Learning howto win games becomes part of the player development plans, stillwith an emphasis on training over games.Bavarians - U15-18 players engage in play with the continuedcommitment to high level competition and the technical, tactical,physiological and social aspect of the game. A focus is put onnational showcase events with the emphasis on getting playersready for the next level of play. More quality games over quantityare the goal with an ongoing emphasis on training.Majors, Reserves, U23, Over 40 - the Club serves the highlycompetitive college and Majors player with top level coaching,training and league competition.
