Older Adult Services 13 58618 This program provides financial assistance to low income seniors. The funds are used for personal care, home care, transportation, and case management. The amount of service received is dependent on need. We receive grants and reimbursement from other organizations to fund this assistance. We are required to account for and report to the grantors how the funds are spent. Four received $5,000 or more during the year. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) does not allow for the disclosure of information regarding recipients of these funds.
