This was last performed in the first quarter of 2017. An annual performance evaluation is completed for all senior managers by the CEO. The employee's final performance evaluation score and current compensation ratio within their industry and geographic salary range determine the percentage salary increase, if any. A salary increase matrix is annually approved with our budgeting process and is used to determine increases for all positions other than the Chief Executive Officer.
