Currently, over 50 individuals participate in the mentoring program, 7 plus participate in the monthly conference calls, approximately 38 members participated in a "Spiritual Leadership Institute Class" which met 2 days over 7 separate sessions, approximately 10 participants attended Christ Ambassador classes which met in 12 sessions, over 200 attend the annual national forums, approximately a dozen couples participated at each of the seven regional dinners, and 30 women attended a spouse retreat (deleted quarterly conference call - no longer done). The CEO Forum in Asia has had rapid expansion in mainland China and is stable in Hong Kong. In China, our programs have expanded into 21 major cities, impacting 1,500 business leaders, and we hope to be in 30 by the end of 2017. CEO Forum seeks to encourage, equip, and educate its members through monthly devotionals, quarterly newsletters, a members only web-site, and through on-going, regular consistent, personal contact via office visits, phone calls, email, texts, and handwritten notes. The return was reviewed in detail by the Director of Financial Operations and then sent to the Board for their review before being filed with the IRS. Any potential conflicts of interest identified are brought to the board's attention and the member with a conflict excuses himself from the decision making process. The remaining board members then vote to decide whether the transaction is in the best interests of the organization.
