We are the only Early Intervention Provider for children birth to age 3 with developmental delays on Whidbey Island, WA. Services are provided by speach therapists, motor therapists, Infant Toddler Educators, Parent Support specialists, and Family Resources Coordinators. In 2016, we served 352 children and their families by providing developmental screening, education and if appropriate, standardized evaluations. Of the 352 children and famillies served, 276 were newly referred to TLC.
