The Health Center entered into a management agreement with Hays Medical Center Inc. (HaysMed) on December 31, 2014. Board members John Jeter, M.D., Bryce Young, and Terry Siek are also employees of the management company. The organization did not delegate control over the organization to Hays Medical Center by entering into this agreement.
