In addition, executive-level women's brunches/luncheons and Christmas and Easter events for non-believers and Christians working in media were held, as well as Media Forums for university students and seasoned Christian media executives. Compensation for CEO positions of similar size and mission type organizations were considered. The CEO's recommended compensation was presented and approved by the independent board. The process was documented in the board minutes.
