Once approved by the members the Form 990 is submitted to the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 TBAH's governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available upon request. The return is being filed late because the prior year's return and financial statements were not returned by the previous accountant. The accountant was responsible for reconciliations, monthly financial reports, and preparing the tax return. He never reconciled in our system only in his and when asked for the information to be updated in our systems he did not comply. He kept our records on his system and did not return our information which would have allowed preparation of the returns. He also opened our books back to 2008 which caused substantial issues with the current accounting program and the current accountant.
