I believe we will be able to submit by today's deadline. If we are late by one or two days, I would cite the fact that our Executive Director, who also served as our head US accountant, resigned in March of this year, and has not been replaced. This has placed a tremendous burden on the Treasurer to step in and complete the 990 filing.
