Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts Whenever there is reason to believe that a potential conflict of interest exists between SeniorServ and a board member or the CEO, the Board shall determine the appropriate response. The potential conflict of interest will be brought to the attention of the Board for action at the next regular meeting, or during a special meeting called, specifically, to review the potential conflict of interest.
