New projects and ministries into new countries are presented to the ministerial body for approval. When the office of secretary is vacated, a successor shall be appointed by the remaining board members, giving due opportunity for approval by the appointees home church. Once the appointee has been approved by his home church, this shall be presented at the next annual meeting of Amish Mennonite Aid and will need a 75% affirmative vote, by the attending ministers, to become effective.
