BOARD MEMBERS ARE SENT A COPY OF THE TAX RETURN PRIOR TO FILING FOR THEIR REVIEW. THE RETURN IS THEN FINALIZED AND ELECTRONICALLY FILED WITH THE TAXING AUTHORITIES.
