A section was added to the bylaws allowing for Directors Emeriti. This designation is reserved for directors who "have significantly furthered the mission of the organization. A Director Emeritus shall serve in perpetuity." The section of the bylaws governing "Election: Term of Officer; Resignation; Removal; Vacancies" was updated to include a stipulation that the "immediate past chairperson will serve on the Executive Committee one (1) year."
