We are rebuilding schools in Darkha VDC of Dhading district that were destroyed in the April 2015 earthquake. The building at Kuri's Lower Secondary school serves 60 children and 3 teachers. The two buildings completed at Chandra Devi Primary school serve 4 teachers and children in grades K-3. The third building which is under construction will house the principal's office and the school's library. 590 0 320 Collected hiking boots for our Shoes for Sherpas program. This program has distributed over 2000 pairs of hiking boots and running shoes to Nepali porters and villagers. Collection sites are set up at a few locations in metro Denver.
