DC Campaign requires quarterly reports that include specific objectives and outcomes. Sub-grantee recipients are also required to collect and report all programmatic activities that include, but are not limited to, the type of services provided and the number of individuals served by age and gender. Pt VI, Line 11b The Form 990 is reviewed by the board chairperson,other officers and the executive director before it is filed.
