This is an effort to accelerate evangelistic growth globally by training "Harvest Like Jesus" principles online and in-person, sending trainees on trips to put those principles into practice, and mobilizing regional Harvest Teams to share the gospel and gather faith beginners into discovery groups. (2) Consulted with various church planting leaders via phone, email, and face to face. (3) Training materials were developed for Leadership Events and for several churches. (4) On the leadership team for Compass Church in San Diego near SDSU and involved in speaking and training and encouraging young leaders and teaching Bible studies. (5) Did site visits to new churches and then consulted with the church planters afterwards.
