Our local partner use the profits from these social businesses to service their financial needs. In 2016, we supported several different social business supporting over 1500 families. 25314 0 Family Empowerment program grants - We provide funding to local social support organizations working directly with the extreme poor to stabilize family participants until they are able to join one of the programs microcredit programs. in 2016 we provided services to over 700 families. 14597 0 Education - Gnu Foundation provides tuition support for girls in rural Kenya (3) girls and held a leadership conference for leaders from 8 partner organizations to help them learn to support each other and develop plans for sustainable organizations. 3745 0 Organizational Support - Support an an education and community development organization that helps an entire community of several hundred families.
