Other Schedule B, Part I, Line 5: Various donors have established endowed funds for the benefit of United Way with the Foundation for Southeast Texas, a local community foundation. Under the terms of the endowment agreements, the Foundation makes annual distributions based on the value of the endowment as of December 31st and a distribution rate approved by the Foundation's board.
