The forms are reviewed by the Credit Unions independent accounting firm, Credit Union CEO and management. The forms are presented to the Board for review and comment prior to submission. Each policy contains examples of potential conflicts. If the volunteer or staff members are unsure whether a conflict exists, they are directed to the appropriate resource for guidance. If a conflict exists for a volunteer with a board vote, that volunteer will abstain from voting.
