The Video Series is posted online on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and through MoveOn.org Civic Actions email list. In 2016, the videos were viewed 2.5 million times. Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts Our conflict of interest policy covers each director, officer, board committee member, and key employee of MoveOn.org Civic Action. Under the policy, each covered person must (a) sign a statement that he or she has received a copy of the policy, has read and understood it, and has agreed to comply with it, (b) make the nature of his or her conflict known as it arises, and (c) excuse himself or herself from any discussion and voting related to the conflicted transaction. In addition, each MoveOn.org Civic Action officer, director and key employee is required to annually complete a conflict of interest disclosure form disclosing any financial interests and family relationships that could give rise to conflicts of interest. MoveOn.org Civic Action annually reviews the disclosure forms and monitors compliance with the policy an on ongoing basis. Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management Compensation studies are used to determine the rates for the Executive Director. The last compensation review for the Executive Director was in 2016. The Board collectively determines the Executive Director's compensation.
