One-on-one mentorship and life-skills programs start from day one. Emergency lodging includes meals, showers, and overnight accommodations, and transportation to and from the shelter is provided via the shelter shuttle. In 2015, over 11,000 miles of shuttle transportation gave access to 2,289 individual nights of stay, equating to 1,274 nights of hope and healing to 34 households. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: The 11/11 Ministry began on November 11, 2016 providing a place to come in out of the cold any night it is below 11 degrees at 11 pm. 210 people were offered shelter, warm beverages, snacks and a place to rest spanning 48 winter nights.
