This policy also requires the board to periodically review the fairness of compensation, including benefits, paid to the President and the Chief Financial Officer once such officer is hired, upon any extension or renewal of the officer's term of employment, and whenever the officer's compensation is modified (unless all employees are subject to the same general modification of compensation).
