It has developed and now manages a supported living community in Sonoma, California. This model includes an enrichment program intended to foster both individual choice and community engagement to provide a "life with purpose". As part of this community integration effort, we operate a one acre farm, located right on our campus, and our Sweetwater residents participate in the process. We grow a variety of vegetables, using sustainable practices, all year round. Our residents plant, maintain and harvest our crops and help operate our weekly farm stand.
