Mentors has a well-constructed program through which mentors and mentees work together from the application/nomination process through the completion of the work plan. Mentors Foundation staff and the mentors maintain consistent, direct involvement with the mentees throughout the funded period. Both the mentors and the mentees have program requirements that involve consistent contact, support, as well as reporting requirements to the Mentors Executive Director in order to ensure accountability and adherence to the program.
